COMPANY HISTORY

Tingley Commercial was established in 1995 by Michael Tingley who has been actively involved in the local commercial property market for approximately 20 years.

During 1996 Michael acquired the practice of Hunter Ellis Property Consultants whose Principal, Stuart Albert, has in excess of 30 years experience in commercial property matters in the area and who remains a consultant to the firm.

Tingley Commercial offer a comprehensive service including sales, lettings, valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals and Landlord & Tenant advice on all aspects of commercial property.
