COMPANY HISTORY

Tingley Commercial was established in 1995 by Michael Tingley who has been actively involved in the local commercial property market for approximately 25 years.

During 1996 Michael acquired the practice of Hunter Ellis Property Consultants whose Principal, Stuart Albert, has in excess of 30 years experience in commercial property matters in the area and who remains a consultant to the firm.

In June 2002 Roland Gardner, BSc, FRICS joined the firm to assist with agency instructions but also expand the professional element of the company. He has over 20 years experience, including central London and Sussex for the last 13 years. He is also an RICS Arbitrator and Independent Expert.

Tingley Commercial offer a comprehensive service including sales, lettings, valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals and Landlord & Tenant advice on all aspects of commercial property.
